 Online bidding offers unmatched convenience! Bid once or as many times as you like, and even set your maximum bid. Payment is seamless and online, with flexible pickup times to suit your schedule.
Auctions are posted at least a week before closing, and bidding begins immediately. To bid, create an online account or sign in if you already have one.
Bidding options typically include:
Timed, cascade close: Lots automatically close at the set time with a 2-minute extension for last-minute bids.
Live online bidding: Real-time bidding begins at the designated start time, with lots opening one by one.
After the auction, we'll charge your credit card and email your invoice. Schedule pickup via our online appointment page—it's that simple!

Our Monthly Auctions offer a diverse range of items, including antiques, designer furniture, everyday furnishings, decorative, fine art, clocks, carpets, china, glassware, collectibles, silver, jewelry, coins, books, toys, games, electronics, appliances, tools, automobiles, and more—essentially, everything you'd find in a home.

Special Collections feature significant groupings from estates or private collections.

Fine Estates Auctions showcase the finest antique and period furniture, decorative and fine art, sterling, estate jewelry, Oriental carpets, and more from local estates and collections.

Real Estate Auctions provide an opportunity to competitively bid on and purchase local properties without a prolonged process.

 BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX:

As is common in auction houses, we apply a Buyer's Premium, a small percentage added to the selling price of each item. This premium is clearly stated on our website and in the auction details. Additionally, a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax is added to the purchase price, including the buyer's premium, unless a valid tax exemption number is provided before the auction's end.

MAXBID: 

Utilize the "Set Max" button to input your maximum bid for an item. The auction system will automatically increase your bid by the specified increment if others bid on the same item. You'll receive notifications if bidding reaches your maximum bid, giving you the option to adjust your bid accordingly.

MY ITEMS:

Easily track your favorite lots by clicking the star icon next to their photos. Access your selected items by clicking the "My Items" tab in the upper right corner of the listing screen. This feature allows you to monitor items of interest and stay informed if you've been outbid, even if you haven't placed a bid.

 Please click below to access the PA Sales Tax Exemption form. Kindly print, complete, and either email it to us (by photograph or scan) or bring it to your next auction pickup. Please note that we cannot exempt sales tax without this form. 

 Please ensure you review the Terms and Conditions provided for each auction.
Unless specified otherwise, all bidding for our auctions will be conducted online, and merchandise pickup will occur at Our Auction Showroom in Kennett Square.
