Consignment Information

If you are new to A&S Auction or have not consigned with us in the past 12 months, please complete the New Customer Contact Form 

Once submitted, please allow up to 48 hours (or the next business day if submitted during the weekend or a closure) for a response.

Consignments are accepted by appointment only on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM during our prep weeks (the weeks opposite our auction weeks).

To schedule an appointment:

• Visit  our Schedule Page to view available time      slots.
• Appointments      can be selected under the "Appointments" tab beginning      the weekend before consignment week.

If you have questions about your items prior to drop-off, please email us at asauctionco@gmail.com or use our online Contact Form, which allows you to upload photos.

Note: All consignments are subject to approval. A&S Auction reserves the right to reject any item at any time for any reason.

Standard Commission

 $500.00 and up 10% 

 $100.00 – $499.99 20%

$25.00 – $99.99 35%

 $10.00 – $24.99 50%

Important: Items that do not receive a minimum bid of $10.00 will be disposed of immediately. We do not store or return these items. No exceptions.

Furniture & Rugs

We accept antique, vintage, contemporary, reproduction, and used furniture. Browse our past catalogs for examples. See below for excluded furniture types.

Garden, Patio, Outdoor, Tools & Equipment

Items intended for outdoor use must be durable enough for exposure during our multi-day outdoor viewing period.

Shelf Lots, Antiques & Artwork

These lots include vintage, antique, and collectible items. Valuable items from these lots may be featured individually in our "Smalls" category.

Mid-Century Modern Furniture & Decor

Includes designer furniture, sculpture, artwork, and lighting. We prioritize standout and high-quality items in this category.

Jewelry, Silver & Precious Metals

We accept silver, gold, watches, costume jewelry, and gemstones from pre-approved dealers only. All items are evaluated for authenticity.

Large Collections & Estates

If you are liquidating an estate or large collection, please contact us:

• New      consignors: Use the New Customer Contact Form.
• Existing      consignors: Email us directly with detailed descriptions and photos.

Due to space limitations and buyer demand, we are no longer accepting the following:

• China      cabinets, breakfronts, hutches (unless signed by a reputable maker or      in excellent condition)
• Showcases     (must be like new or antique in structurally sound condition)
• Victorian      furniture (unless heavily figural carved)
• Odd/antique      chairs (excluding period hardwood chairs)
• Pedestal/4-legged      dining tables (unless made by a recognized manufacturer)
• Upholstered      sofas with outdated fabric or any damage
• Glass-top      tables
• Mattresses      or damaged upholstered pieces
• IKEA      or particle board furniture (These items are not durable enough for      auction handling.)

 We recognize that some items may merit exceptions. If you believe your item qualifies:

• Bring the item with the understanding that it may be declined at      drop-off.
• Or, email  photos in advance for pre-approval by contacting Albert via the      "Contact Us" page.

This selective process helps ensure a smooth and high-quality auction experience for both buyers and sellers.
