A $20 per invoice fee will apply to missed merchandise pickup appointments without prior notification via call or email.

While A S Auction's does not handle in-house shipping, we are delighted to collaborate with your chosen shipper for item pickup and shipping arrangements. Bidders are required to initiate contact with their preferred shipper, who will then coordinate with A S Auction's for pickup. Full payment to A S Auction's is necessary before any item

Bidders are required to initiate contact with their preferred shipper, who will then coordinate with A S Auction's for pickup. Full payment to A S Auction's is necessary before any item can be released to the shipper. The bidder is responsible for and will directly cover all packing, handling, and shipping expenses.

We have provided a list of shippers we frequently work with, or you may opt for your preferred shipper. Once chosen, kindly utilize our Shipping Release Form to inform us of your shipper's details. Alternatively, you can email the shipper's name and information to asauctionco@gmail.com.

Important Reminder: Please ensure your shipper is provided with the bidder's full name (first and last as shown on the invoice), the auction date, and the lot number(s) of the item(s) to be shipped.
