We handle pickup, packing, advertising, and selling expenses. In exchange, we deduct a percentage from the gross auction sale total. Consignment rates, also known as commission rates, vary based on the item's value. We provide competitive rates with transparent pricing and no hidden costs.

 Opt for this option if you'd like to receive immediate payment for your  items. This price covers all packing and materials expenses, and you'll  receive upfront payment when the items are removed. 

 After assessing your items, our appraisal team will create a notarized  appraisal outlining the current fair market value of each item. This  appraisal adheres to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal  Practice (USPAP), recognized as the standard for professional appraisal  and probate practices in North America.
